feat: 添加 Linux 预览后端和 Notes 应用预览版本

- 创建 notes_preview.c 使用 5x7 位图字体渲染
- 添加 Makefile.linux
构建脚本
- 添加 README_LINUX_PREVIEW.md 使用说明- 修复键盘映射、字符渲染、文本输入显示等问题
