chore: gitignore only blocks regenerable binaries - demo video via LFS

- ignore: *.o/*.elf/*.drv/*.img/*.rlib/*.rmeta/*.pdb/*.dbf/*.rgba/target//.build_tmp (all regenerable)

- keep: source assets (png/ttf/webp), vendored payload (SYSTEM/lib dll, SYSTEM/bin exe), demo video (TESTSHOW/*.mp4 via Git LFS), text build logs (.d/.timestamp)

- untrack 290+ build artifacts from index
